Mr. Bradley brings more than two decades of public safety, fire investigation, forensic consulting, and leadership experience to fire and explosion assignments. His work integrates systematic scene examination, fire science, evidence analysis, and clear communication to support claims, legal, and technical decision-making.
MARTA "MJ" DE LA GARZA,

COO | OPERATIONS MANAGER – FORENSIC TECHNICIAN
MJ coordinates the field and operational systems that keep each assignment organized, documented, and responsive. Her experience includes public safety response, fire investigation case support, evidence collection and preservation, forensic documentation and photography, client communication, billing, and assignment administration.
ERIC SANCHEZ,

LEAD FORENSIC TECHNICIAN - SOUTH TEXAS EVIDENCE MANAGER
Mr. Sanchez brings more than 20 years of fire service and law enforcement experience, including more than 16 years serving as the Hidalgo County Fire Marshal in the Rio Grande Valley. His experience includes fire and arson investigations, advanced interviewing, professional evidence management, and public-safety leadership. Mr. Sanchez studied Fire Science at South Texas College and serves as Vector’s lead forensic technician and evidence manager for South Texas, supporting assignments throughout San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Laredo, and the Rio Grande Valley.
JACINTO DE LA CRUZ,

CORPORATE LABORATORY & EVIDENCE COORDINATOR - FORENSIC TECHNICIAN
Mr. De La Cruz brings more than 30 years of experience in laboratory operations, evidence management, and fire-scene coordination. He has advanced experience with electrical systems, equipment, and components and coordinates Vector’s laboratory services, post-scene evidence handling, and technical follow-up. Based in Houston, Mr. De La Cruz supports assignments east to the Louisiana border, west through Central Texas, and throughout Vector’s broader service area.
LAYTON "JAMES" BRADLEY
INTERN - FORENSIC TECHNICIAN
James is a forensic technician intern currently pursuing his education in Fire Science and Fire Protection at Lone Star College in Montgomery County, Texas. He supports Vector personnel with scene coordination, scene processing, evidence processing, and the preparation and execution of laboratory inspections.
