MANAGING PRINCIPAL - FORENSIC CONSULTING & INVESTIGATIONS
With nearly three decades of investigative, fire, and explosion experience, Mr. W.D. “Wes” Bradley brings a strong foundation of practical field experience, scientific methodology, and clear client communication to every assignment.
Mr. Bradley’s background includes 18 years in public safety, with service as a Fire Marshal and Chief Deputy Investigator, followed by 15 years in the private forensic industry as a fire and explosion origin and cause expert. His experience allows him to evaluate complex fire scenes, identify critical evidence, and develop clear, defensible conclusions.
Through Vector Forensic Fire Analysis, Mr. Bradley provides reliable, well-supported findings for fire origin determination, explosion analysis, electrical and mechanical failure review, claims support, subrogation evaluation, litigation assistance, and complex loss investigations.

MARTA “MJ” de la garza, AAS
FORENSIC TECHNICIAN - OPERATIONS MANAGER
Ms. De La Garza brings a valuable combination of fire service experience, investigative support, and forensic evidence management to Vector Forensic Fire Analysis. Her role strengthens each assignment through organized scene operations, careful documentation, and dependable support from the initial examination through evidence preservation and storage.
Her background includes 4 years in public safety, serving as a Firefighter and Fire Investigator, along with 10 years in the private forensic industry as a Forensic Evidence Technician. This experience gives Ms. De La Garza a practical understanding of fire scene conditions, suppression impacts, evidence recognition, scene logistics, and the importance of maintaining clear documentation throughout the investigative process.
At Vector Forensic Fire Analysis, Ms. De La Garza supports complex fire and explosion assignments through scene assistance, evidence identification, evidence collection and preservation, documentation, storage coordination, and client communication. Her work helps ensure that critical information and physical evidence are properly handled, organized, and available for claims review, subrogation evaluation, litigation support, and complex loss investigations.
In addition to her forensic field support role, Ms. De La Garza serves as Operations Manager for Vector Forensic Analysis, LLC’s South Central Service Division, overseeing billing, collections, client outreach, and day-to-day administrative coordination. Her combined field and operations experience helps keep assignments organized, communication clear, and client needs moving forward from intake through final resolution.
